With a career spanning investing, advising, and operating roles, Fletcher brings a uniquely holistic perspective to the table. Before joining White Wing, he served on the investment team at DalFort Capital Partners, a Dallas-based investment firm focused on making control equity investments in lower middle market industrial businesses. At Dalfort, Fletcher sourced, executed, and managed both platform and add-on investments. Prior to Dalfort, Fletcher worked in the investment banking division of Wells Fargo Securities, advising clients on mergers, acquisitions, and capital-raising transactions. Prior to Wells Fargo, Fletcher held finance and corporate development roles at two different investor backed industrial businesses, Seawolf Water and PetroWaste Environmental. At PetroWaste, Fletcher assisted in the Company’s sale to Waste Management (NYSE: WM).
Outside of the office, Fletcher enjoys spending time with family and friends doing things outdoors such as playing golf, running, hiking, skiing, hunting, and fishing. In addition to the outdoors, Fletcher has a genuine appreciation for music and likes to attend live shows whenever he can.

Tim is an experienced leader in the water and waste industries having held both operationally and commercially focused executive team roles.
Tim currently serves as the CEO and a founding member of Seawolf Water Resources. Seawolf is a leading provider of a broad array of industrial water logistics and infrastructure solutions. Tim has successfully steered Seawolf through multiple recapitalizations and has overseen over $50 million of investment in capital projects.
Prior to Seawolf, Tim directed the operations and commercialization of the water infrastructure and logistics division at Gravity Oilfield Solutions, which was ultimately acquired by a large publicly traded owner and operator of midstream infrastructure.
Tim earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Management from the University of Houston.

Randall is an attorney-turned-industrial executive who has owned and operated several industrial businesses specializing in deep-well waste sequestration and specialty-chemical manufacturing.
After a family ownership and leadership transition in 2014, Harris assumed day-to-day responsibility for Texas Molecular LLC, a Class I hazardous-waste injection complex in Deer Park, Texas created in 1999 through the purchase of selected GNI Group assets. Under his guidance, Texas Molecular exited chemical manufacturing, drilled and completed a third deep-injection well, grew throughput to more than 75 million gallons of liquid waste per year, and was sold to VLS Environmental Solutions, an I Squared Capital portfolio company, in January 2023.
Randall simultaneously led Sea Lion Technology, a contract-manufacturing business established in the 1970s. He steered a strategic sale that transferred the operation to Momentive Performance Materials in 2017.
Earlier in his career, Randall practiced law in private practice in Galveston County, Texas.

Bill is a nationally recognized environmental litigator and strategic advisor whose specialty is converting water and contamination related liabilities into recoveries and risk managed outcomes for public entities, investors and operators in the water, natural resource restoration, and environmental infrastructure space.
Over a 30-year career, he has driven landmark results, including Louisiana’s share of the $20 billion Deepwater Horizon settlement, New Jersey’s $355 million+ Passaic River recovery, and, today, leadership of the States/Sovereigns Committee in the AFFF PFAS multi-district litigation, giving him unrivaled insight into the next wave of water-quality liabilities.
Bill earned a Bachelors Degree in Government from The University of Texas at Austin and a JD from the University of Houston.

Ramsey is a proven entrepreneur and business leader with special expertise building and utilizing technology to scale and grow businesses.
Over his 25-year career, Ramsey has developed highly successful businesses including Ontellus, which became the largest tech-enabled information services platform serving the Property & Casualty Insurance industry and Prognosis Health Information Systems, a start-up that rapidly grew to serve 50 community hospitals across the country.
Ramsey earned a Bachelor's Degree in Finance at Southern Methodist University and an MBA at the University of Houston.

Grant is a seasoned executive with deep experience in both the oilfield services and generator infrastructure sectors. He is the founder and CEO of Current Power Technologies, which he built from the ground up into a multi-city provider of electrical contracting, generator installation, service, and maintenance solutions.
In addition to leading CPT, Grant played a key role in the successful sale of Petro Waste Environmental Services to Waste Management, where he now serves as Area Sales Manager overseeing their Texas oilfield assets. He brings operational insight and industry expertise to one of the world’s largest environmental services companies.
Prior to founding CPT and joining Waste Management, Grant held leadership positions at several industrial services firms, with a focus on strategic growth and field operations.
Grant earned a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from The University of Texas at Austin.
